Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Cut in the chilled butter until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Stir in the chopped walnuts.
