- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry rosé wine
- ½ cup limoncello liqueur
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup honey or simple syrup
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Non-Alcoholic Version
- 1 bottle non-alcoholic rosé
- Lemonade or homemade lemon syrup in place of limoncello
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fresh fruit.
- Combine the rosé, limoncello, lemon juice, and honey in a large pitcher.
- Stir until the sweetener dissolves completely.
- Add the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, lemon, and orange slices.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or up to 6 hours for deeper flavor.
- Add sparkling water just before serving.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour in the sangria, add fruit, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Add the sparkling water only before serving to maintain carbonation.
- Chill the ingredients beforehand for the freshest flavor.
- Remove citrus slices after 24 hours if storing leftovers to prevent bitterness.
