- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes (or gochugaru)
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Drain and gently pat the cucumbers dry.
- Whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, chili flakes, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and sesame seeds.
- Add the cucumbers and green onions to a mixing bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss well.
- Let the salad marinate for 10–20 minutes.
- Garnish with extra sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
