- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1⅓ cups (185g) all-purpose flour

- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup (70g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and blackberries gently.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–13 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
